4 speed sporty rebuild

Last of the 4 speed Evo Sportsters. This was brought to us for a refresh to its former glory. The customer wanted it to be kept to its original stance, just enhanced a little.

The engine got a total spruce up and polish. Increased the tank to a 3.3 and flowed it nicely into its new seat. The wheels were rebuilt using Akront Alloy rims and stainless spokes. S&S air cleaner modified to fit, fresh new paint everywhere and a few other details to make it stand out from the crowd.

HARLEY DYNA REFRESH

Here we have a Dyna that we revamped into a bit of a Super Stock for a customer.

It was a little tired and had been bodged together by a previous owner. So we gave it a spruce up. We rebuilt the wheels, custom paint, Bassani exhaust, new bars, a load of black powder coating and plenty of other subtle trick parts.

A quick little custom job to change the lines of this dressed Bonneville America into cute little Bobber.

Backend cut off and a seat loop fabricated on and solo seat made. Tiny Kellerman rear indicators mounted below seat loop. Fender struts made and custom rear fender mounted off swingarm. Side mount numberplate bracket fitted with a Hells Kitchen led taillight. Reworked front mudguard, led indicators mounted to headlight. New turn out silencers with wrapped headers. 

HARLEY HERITAGE 1340 SOFTAIL evolution restoration

Here we found this poor old Evo that had been left by it owner to sweat and rot under a tarpaulin for many years.

This has had a full ground up restoration job done on it and everything overhauled and improved; Frame, blasted and repainted, wheels rebuilt with stainless spokes and reconditioned hubs and rims, engine stripped, recoated, polished and rebuilt, new bars, pipes etc and a great paintjob, and the list goes on…

Here we took a pretty standard 1980 FXWG and transformed it into a bit of a head turner, yet wanted to keep it as practical and usable as possible without sacrificing style and performance.

The engine was refreshed and set up with an S& S Super E carb and straight through turn outs. All tinware changed and modified and drowned in heavy metal flake and lacquer.

Electrics were stripped to the bare essentials, and the list of handmade parts from brass and stainless is very long…  

HARLEY davidson FXDCi revamp

This bike belongs to one of our Island customers.

It spent its previous life on the west coast of Scotland where unfortunately it was left to get pretty rotten. It had also received a fair amount of damage.

Our client wanted a club style look along with a total refresh. We restored and retouched just about everything. Rebuilt the wheels, black powder coat, stainless spokes and nipples, dropped seat height with a le-pera which also gave it a really nice flow. We then installed high risers and drag bars to give him the stance he was looking for. Mounted a beautiful moto gadget speedo on to the top of the risers, which we then completed with all new cables lines and internal wiring to keep everything super clean.

We then unleashed a lot of thunder courtesy of Vance and Hines Big Radius pipes and corrected all the fuelling. After a great deal of polishing we added a stunning heavy metal flake and candy paint job to really draw the crowds.
